Felt so warm
sweat sticks to my skin
sun slowly fading.
Droplets came down,
shower was seen
the dry grassland moistened.
Rain,
you left something anew
Refreshing it seems.
Murky waters when you’re here.
The moment you left,
Glowing scenery is all I have.
Leviticus 26:4 – I will send you the seasonal rains. The land will then yield its crops and the trees of the field will produce their fruit.
Body is tired,
Prepping to cuddle my pillows,
Closed my eyes,
Yet mind is afloat.
Sat for few minutes,
staring blankly against the wall,
tears began to fall,
sadness lurks in.
Knelt on my bed,
called onto Jesus,
Poured what is in my heart,
buckets of tears flowing.
Breaking down,
I am reminded how weak I am.
a simple CHAT WITH JESUS,
made a difference,
felt I have unloaded a ton.
Alone, I am weak,
but in You,
I draw my strength,
I am nothing without you.
You see the bigger picture,
in Your perfect timing,
our hearts desire will unfold,
a simple CHAT WITH JESUS,
was all I need at the moment.
